This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the prohibited activities while using JTG Systems' website, network, and services.

1. Prohibited Activities

• Illegal Use: Using our services for any purpose that violates local, provincial, federal, or international laws.
• Harmful Content: Hosting or transmitting malware, viruses, or any content that is defamatory, obscene, or threatening.
• Unauthorized Access: Attempting to bypass security measures or access data not intended for you.
• Resource Abuse: Excessive use of network resources that impacts service for other clients.

2. System Security

You may not use JTG Systems' services to compromise the security of any other system or network. This includes port scanning, brute force attacks, and packet sniffing.

Spamming and the transmission of unsolicited commercial email are strictly prohibited. We comply with CASL and CAN-SPAM regulations.

4. Enforcement

JTG Systems reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for any client found in violation of this AUP. We may also cooperate with law enforcement agencies if illegal activities are detected.
