These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the JTG Systems website (jtgsystems.com) and our professional repair and IT services. By accessing our site or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of our website and services immediately.
Estimates are provided based on initial diagnostics. Final costs may vary if additional issues are discovered. Payment is due upon completion of services. Accepted forms of payment include Cash, Credit/Debit, and Interac.
We provide a 90-day limited warranty on most repairs (parts and labor). Exclusions include liquid damage, physical damage post-repair, and software-only issues.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: JTG Systems, its owners, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or business interruption arising from our services.
In accordance with Ontario's Right-to-Repair Act (Bill 187), we use OEM-quality or manufacturer-approved parts where available and will advise clients of part origins during repair.
You agree to indemnify and hold JTG Systems harmless from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our services.
Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Venue shall be the courts of the Niagara Region.
