• Failure of the specific repair performed due to workmanship issues.

3. What is NOT Covered

• Physical damage (e.g., dropped devices, cracked screens) after the device is ready for collection or return.
• Liquid damage that occurs after the repair.
• Software issues unrelated to the hardware repair.
• Repairs performed on devices with pre-existing liquid damage (unless explicitly warrantied).
• Third-party modifications or repairs performed after our service.

4. How to Make a Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, bring your device back to our service center or call (905) 892-4555. You must provide your original intake number or receipt. We will inspect the device to determine if the issue is covered under warranty.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective part or re-performance of the service. We are not liable for data loss or any indirect damages.
