I walked in with a harddrive and my two little ones. We got welcomed in and my son quickly found a new friend. The next day I got a phone call saying all my files had been recovered! Very friendly and quick service. I'll definitely use them again in the future!

I brought in my old Mac to APPLE STORE and they won’t change the battery cuz it’s “too old.”

Thank God I googled “computer repair in niagara” and JTG staff replied within minutes, directed me to the Amazon link to order the battery and bring it to them to install. (VERY HELPFUL, thank you)

When I brought in the battery and the Mac, the staff were all friendly, welcoming and very professional. The location is easy to find with free parking and close to Tim Hortons and Dairy Queen.

The battery literally was installed in less than 5 minutes and they took the time to explain recalibration with me. (I appreciate that, thank you.)

The staff mentioned a hard drive update would make the Mac go so much faster. It was only $100 and included an external hard drive. This installation only took an hour and it was no problem waiting since the mall is so close.

The staff are kind and extremely efficient.

My MAC was in a terrible state, it kept shutting down at 70% and I had so many ads popping up at the corner of my screen every time I log on :(. I researched and heard this place was open for 24 hours and heard amazing reviews about it. A good friend of mine had water spilled on her computer and she had to hand in her lab report in a couple days so she was freaking out. They fixed her computer in less than 24 hours and she was soooo happy! I wanted to give it a try so I came in on Wednesday, explained the problem to the worker and he explained what he was going to do to fix it...I think I gave them the wrong number because I had to call them the next day to see if everything was fixed...He said that everything was good and I could pick it up! It's been a week now and I'm soooo happy that my MAC does not shut down randomly during meetings and live lectures, and I'm sooo glad that when I log in to my MAC, I don't see random ads popping up! Thank you JTG systems for fixing my MAC :)! I'm very happy that it took them less than 24 hours to fix it and they were very professional with their work!

I HATED leaving my computer and my phone with strangers! By the end of the day, Dan and John were not strangers any more. I felt so comfortable with the two of them and the work they did, while a bit disorganized as cables were floating around with speakers and stuff (highly recommend labeling your cables before you get there to keep it all straight for you and them!) I found them to be incredibly efficient and supportive! I drive about 30 km to get to them and I'll do it again!

In a rush I was trying to find a phone repair place around 9pm. Everything was closed and I was lucky enough to run into one of the workers outside the store. They had closed an hour prior but was still willing to fix my phone the same night. The guys that were there was super friendly and easy to talk to. Under 40 minutes later my phone was fixed. Brought in my 9 year year old, slow iMac to discuss whether to upgrade and tune it up, or replace it. John Gallie has assisted me with computer problems a few times, from simple to complex. Even the simple is complex for me. For him, maybe 5 seconds to diagnose and even less time to fix. The complex paralyzes me. To John it takes a few minutes to fix. As always his prices are very reasonable. I called a few Niagara based companies I have used in the past to help set up my theatre system and integrate my PC, but couldn't find anyone willing to come out for such a small job. Completely fixed my MacBook Pro's booting issues that the Apple agent couldn't fix, and also fixed the insane overheating problems that I was facing, all under 2 hours while having great conversations with me! Excellent experience working with John. I called him on a Saturday expecting to have to leave a message and thought I'd have to drop my MacBook off the next week. Instead, he answered the phone and told me to bring it in right away. Dropped it off a few minutes later and John said he would get it done by the end of the day! Apple could not help me with their own machine, but John did, and he did it fast! I had been waiting for over a month for Apple. My MacBook has the weird "C" style USB ports, and I forgot to bring the adapter. John even offered to come and get it from my house in order to get the job done! My advice? Support your local businesses, especially the ones that provide a high level of customer care. I hope to never have computer problems ever again, so I'll never have to go back, but who are we kidding? It's going to happen, and when it does, I know where I'm taking my computer! From knowing just about nothing about my computer only a few basics. John has shown me all of the wonders of Google Products and my Computer is 10X faster then it was before, Free from errors and problems. My scanner works again, and he even showed me how to use my cellphone that can also do wonderful things now, Scan documents and email the whole bit. John also took the time to setup Google Docs, and a Gmail account, also Sync my Photos from my phone and computer and more.. I couldn't be happier with the service I received from JTG Systems. and I drove from Hamilton a 30 Minute drive.. Was definitely worth it. This guy knows his stuff inside and out and I would recommend to family friends and others. go to JTG Systems and you will be happy you did.

Service was great and reasonably priced. After I saw how quickly JTG was able to get me up and running, I couldn't believe I wasted 2 days troubleshooting the issue myself . My one caution is to call ahead to confirm someone is in the office. Don't take the word of the automated answering system. Staff are very accommodating to schedules and will work late to get the job done.

The service was great! My external hard drive broke and I lost almost all my files. It was an apple product and the apple store told me it couldn't be fixed. I brought it to JTG and all my data was recovered in about a day! It was very efficient and resonably priced as well. I would reccomend JTG to anyone who needs data or hardware help.

I called JTG Systems for repair on my Imac, it was shutting off..constantly.. and filled with malware, I dropped it off the same day with no appointment after I called, They took it in and worked on it right away until finished. they even updated my OS at no extra charge. This location provided me with excellent customer service! I was having troubles with my macbook, it wasn't turning on or charging. After bringing it by, John was able to get it fixed, running 100% and back to me within the same day. I needed a new battery and they did the replacement at a great price. Wow, what can I say about the service I've received. Took my computer into them with a power issue that 3 different computer stores could not figure out and spent over $100 for basically no fix. JTG Systems took one look at the previous work done and found out the issue was the computer case! Had it fixed within a day. Fantastic service and friendly staff. Great service. This company is excellent at what they do. From replacing a disc drive to a macbook keyboard, they are always great, reasonably priced and quick to get things done. As a software developer I also do a lot of my own laptop repairs. However there are some repairs that are just too unnerving for me to do myself. When my Macbook Air became water damaged I had to draw the line.

"Go to JTG Systems." That is the first sentence that comes out of my mouth when someone in the Niagara Region asks me who to bring their computer to when they have a problem. After accidentally putting RAM in my computer the wrong way after trying to upgrade it, I went to JTG Systems and within ten minutes the problem was fixed and I was good to go. The service is incredibly fast, you can expect your unit to be fixed around a day or two on average. John is extremely knowledgeable about computers and an all around nice guy in general. If someone gave me a computer and said that everybody they went to couldn't figure it out, I would simply tell them that they haven't went to John. That's how much faith I have in him.

I had recently lost ALL of the documents and pictures on my laptop (years worth of important stuff!). I am a teacher and my computer broke down the week my report cards are due and of the week of my school play with everything in my computer. It was a definite emergency and John came to my rescue!! I had a wonderful experience. My computer (a Mac) was infected by a virus - one text to John, a prompt reply and an invitation to drop it off "anytime". When he learned that I live in Port Colborne he fixed it immediately, charged me a very fair price and had it back up and running and in my hands within an hour and a half!!! Broke my laptop screen on a brand new laptop from bestbuy. I have a MacBook Air that is only a year old and used for Word or regular websites. My charging port stopped working so I went to BestBuy, they quoted me $300-$900 to fix or backup my information for $100+tax. I walked out feeling stuck and hopeless. I decided to call someone who specializes in Mac and isn't "corporate".Called JTG systems. Came in the next day, charge port was slightly moved and he put it back in place. Was very understanding and informative! 10 seconds and my laptop was working again! He then added virus protection programs to remove a current virus causing popups and also showed me tricks I didn't know about my Mac. Ten out of ten would recommend. Forever customer now.

Great place to get your macbook fixed or upgraded. walked into a few other places and left with my head aching. Walked into JTG Systems and got my macbook upgraded at a great price, less time for parts and no headache. Took my MacBook Pro to Jumpplus only to have them tell me my computer required a $900 repair. Would not pay that so I checked around until I found JTG systems. Very honest and helpful people. Had my laptop fixed and useable within an hour. It was amazing how a $900 repair turned into a $60 one. Thanks again to John and the guys. Definately would recommend and will be going back!

John was very helpful he repaired my lap top added a few extras and took the time to explain how to use certain programs. I took my laptop in at 12:30 it was ready to pick up in 3 hrs... he cleaned all the malware spyware updated drivers.
I have been to computer repair shops before, and i know they rip you off. He gives you a quote and sticks to it. Very prompt, i would definately recomend his company anythime.. He also deals in other electronics repairs so give him a call...you won't regret it..
